After nearly two decades as the lead developer for the Potrero Terrace and Annex reconstruction, BRIDGE Housing Corporation is looking for a new master developer to oversee future phases of the project. This shift aims to enhance the long-term success of the redevelopment, which began in 2006 under the HOPE-SF initiative. Despite the change, BRIDGE will remain involved in the project, continuing to manage existing affordable housing communities. The timeline for completing the final phase has been pushed to 2034 due to delays in relocating residents and other challenges.
